Current fellows are required to attend the meeting. The cost of your hotel rooms will be covered on April 11 and 12, as well. If you have any questions about booking flights or meeting logistics, please email Sarah at swagener@chapinhall.org. We look forward to seeing you at the meeting!

Writer's Retreat for Doris Duke Fellows

writing+image.jpg

Are you a current or graduated fellow who is looking to do some writing in a supportive community environment? Join your community of Doris Duke fellows immediately after the Mid-Year Meeting for a productive writer’s retreat!

All current and past fellows are invited! The cost will be dependent on how many fellows participate. If you have any questions or would like to RSVP, please email one of the organizers by January 31, 2018: Lisa Schelbe (Lschelbe@fsu.edu), Megan Hayes Piel (megan.piel@wayne.edu), Abby Ross(aross28@fordham.edu), and Kaela Byers (kbyers@chapinhall.org). As Lisa Schelbe, Cohort One fellow, said, “I personally am excited to take the energy from the mid-year meeting and channel it directly into my writing.”
